Default a/c tentioner broke

hey guys I have a 2001 burb with 150k on it.
a/c blows cold but the truck doesn't idle well when a/c is on....it drops down to 500 rpm at stop lights. I turn the a/c off and it runs great.
well about 6 months ago the a/c tentioner started to squak so I replaced it. Last week the new tentioner started to make a lot of noise. sounded like it was ocilating back and forth real fast. it would do it when accelerating from a stop around the 1-2 shift point. it did this for a few days and then the tentioner exploded. I put a new tentioner on it and the new one already makes the ocilating noise.

Any thoughts?

It's the A/C compressor locking up and breaking the tensioner. There is a bulletin for this.
