You've got an AC Door Actuator that has gone bad. Sounds like the Blend Air Door Actuator. But to be sure you need to test the AC Control Head in your dash. It could be bad also.

You'll prob be better off letting a dealership do it. My guys do these alot at my dealership so, we get it done a little faster than others.

You're probably looking at about $150 to $200 for the AC Door Actuator, and it's about 3 to 4 hours labor involved in dropping the heater box under the dash and replace it.

It's a headache but this actually does happen alot. If you need anything else just write it up or PM me.

is your compressor kickin on when you push the a/c button, if not the panel could be out, the panel would also cause the blend actuator to not move to the upper vents
