A/c Issues...really High Low Side Pressure

Well you can use HPTuners to command it on or see if the computer thinks it's on. That made it easier for me to fix mine.
I'm not sure how to test an AC compressor clutch. You probably ground or 12v one of the wires to activate it.
I would want to be 100% sure if that's the problem before replacing it.

so i replace a fuse that looked like it was good but wasnt and the compressor kicks on now...when i put in the r134 the low side pressure runs around 45-50 and the high side when the fan turned on was running 300 or so...but when the compressor turns off(after 30 secs or so) the low side maxes out on the gauges(around 150) and the high side drops to around 150(+/- 20)...i dont think i put to much r134 in and i vacuumed the system for 45mins-1hr
after i filled up the system, now i have to jump the low pressure switch to keep it going for more than 5seconds...
