Hadn't driven the truck in a few days. Stopped raining and took the afternoon off so took a spin. Get out at one point and notice what looks like water drops still on 2 whole sides of the hood. Go to wipe them off and they don't go anywhere. Paint is bubbled up. Got something on it, no idea what, and its flubbed up the paint. Luckily just on the hood.
Time for a repaint. Damn it.

Running through my head what I could have gotten on it. Worked on it Sunday. Fixed the alky pump. No way I'd have gotten alky down both sides of the hood. Don't think it would do this anyway. I changed the tires and wheels and used some brake cleaner near the truck to clean off some brake dust. Dunno how I would have gotten it on the hood though.

Your truck was next to mine when it was up here right?
Yeah, happens all the time. My truck hates protection. Fugger has the clap. Sorry about that. Good shot of penicilin in the *** and she should be good to go.

Paint issues are probably what irritate me the most, one reason I got rid of my black SS.
