Well you know I agree they need to look at all the cases but when its real obvious they shouldnt hassle you.
Its plain easy to see mine got scraped on ashphalt.
At first I was embarrassed by it till I heard about the recall.
F'em I will fight till its painted.

My tail gate broke awhile before all of this reacal news came out, when i go back to mass this weekend i am going to the dealership and am gona ask them about what they can do.My gate fell off and has bad scraches in it so i want it painted or a new one painted, but no one else seems to have luck so i dnt think i am going to either, i hope every one in the end gets what they need

CamaroJoe: Good luck, I hope something can be resolved. Although, through past experiences with GM and the dealers, I have little faith in getting them to fix anything. I just do not understand why dealers will not fix your vehicle under warranty like they're suppose to?! The dealers always try and do and say anything not to fix your vehicle. They really think we are all a bunch of morons!!! Come on, it doesn't cost them to do warranty work, so WTF?; I think that they get kickbacks from GM for not doing warranty work!
