its the piece that the hose connects too right???? if so yea just pull it out and you'll have to be aggressive. what you trying to get that out for anyways

the LQ4 intake mani has a huge **** on there and its not making a good connection so im replacing it with the 4.8 one.

I think there is a ring that you push in and then simply pull the other out.
