Black Beauty,My opinion on the blackouts are that they are out of style with all the new style lights coming in.And I have seen carbon fiber euro's on black trucks and they look awesome. But of coarse that is my opinion.
BTW I finally got a pic of my 20's.Let me know what you think.
Thanks

i think the blackouts don't look too great on the tails. have you seen the french cut covers from stylin' concepts? painted body cover and put over stock lights or euros looks pretty good, IMO.

If I had a fleetside GMC, I would get the 03 Chevy tails, those are bad *** looking. Of course eventually they will be more common as the trucks sell, but the GMC's kept the old style tails anyway. Anyone know if the stepside tails are changing for 03? Hihosilver didn't you say you saw an 03 stepside?

Re: BLACK OUTS OR CARBON FIBER EURO TAILS?
i gotta give it to the blackouts...considering that's what i have on now. you're not tryin to pimp the renegade ride now are ya ? the euro's are ok but getting too common now, just like those neon windshield squirters. wich is the main reason i put the blackouts on, i've yet to see another 99-C GM stepside with em. like dutch said, you gotta clean truck and either one would make it look better. but i will give ya a word of warning on the blackouts...they are easy to steal, and water might get in between the adhesive and the light causing the cover to lose it's grip, its happend once to me already. good luck on the decision!
