We have some M-60s laying around if you need some real fire power. 750 rounds per minute. It would make swiss cheese of his place.

actually you can take him to court and take all the profit he made from your price subtracted from the price he sold it for plus your costs in court
That would fix his *** and may be a good down payment on a R1
