sorry but TSP told him that they did not ship it. That means that they took liability right there. Not only that but the packaging should have been better also. In no way should a business have a piece of merchandise be able to get stuck off into another.

i wouldnt have called the until after i received the new one....they should have packaged it better and you should have checked your goods better but they took liability when they said it was back-ordered IMO

maybe a responsible TSP rep will post in here and make things right....

Why did you call them back and tell them you found it? Oh well, I hope you get a free new one because they obviously packed it incorrectly. I'll be checking back to see what they do in case this ever happens to me.
