i did the bat method had no choice needed the truck could not get a roller same day, heated the paint a little then slowly and evenly a little at a time rolled the lip reheating hear and there as i went i got to a point the bat would not fold the lip any more so i used a rubber mallet to tap it the rest of the way

the key was slowly bend it dont try to get it all at once just work it a little at a time, the first lip i did crack the paint on the lip lucky it was the inside lip the others was good tho
