Question best gasoline?

so what is it, shell...exxon...chevron...fina ...etc.? i've always heard shell has the better quality fuel so i've been tryin to stick with that lately. so what's your preference? what's not so good in your opinion? i've had watered down gas twice from diamond shamrock so no more going there, two thumbs down!!

I've never noticed a difference between brands of gas...

The thing I have noticed, is that I get a lot of crappy tanks of 93 in my truck. I'd guess one out of four.

I can never track down exactly which station I get the stuff from. It seems pretty random.

I've had bad luck in the past with BP, I went through EGRs like crazy. I stick with Shell, Sunco, and Mobil.

Sunoco is the only place you can get 94 octane. I know someone who had it tested for octane rating and it came back 97. It is by far the best "pump gas" available, at least around here. Sunoco are the makers of CAM II race gas, so you know its good stuff. I run either a mix of 94 and CAM II in my race car, or GT100 Sunoco, which is actually 100 octane. Also, the 94 octane is only a like a dime more a gallon.
