I'm getting the crank/alt kit as well and that gates number is a 90 5/8" belt, so I was curious on that
and for the A/C....did the belt they listed work? do you have a tensioner on yours or was it a stretch belt?

old bump I know
For the underdrive pulley and 145A alternator with it's stock pulley, the 90" belt worked. I don't know how the 145A alternator pulley compares to a stock 105A or overdrive pulley.

For the AC, I used a 34.75" belt but after about a year it was stretched out and the tensioner was basically bottomed out. I replaced it with a 34.2" belt and it works a lot better.

was that A/C belt pretty tight to install? I wonder if I could just go with a 34" right off the bat and not worry about it
I'll have to measure my main belt I suppose or do some more research, thanks!

I think for the first install I'll try the
gatorback 6PK2285 - 90" and if worst case scenario it seems a touch to long i'll go one step down to the 6PK2275 - 89.5"

the a/c right off the bat I'll try your suggestion
gatorback 4PK0870 34.20"

I put the part numbers and lengths up for anyone who finds this thread in the future
