Default belt chirp on WOT upshift.

Anyone know a cure or just deal with it. 07 OBS crewcab modding in the process.

It's got 8200 miles on it thus far. It's brand new, the a/c is off the couple of times it's done it.

You could try putting some valve lapping compound on the ribs of the belt to help it grip the pullies better. I've done this for years to help cure squeaky belts.

I had the same issue and a Gatorback belt cured it.

I will never run a gator back again, my truck likes to eat them like candy...
