Default Baffaled with noise

Well thought it was water pump and no luck its a chirping sound. Here is list of what has been changed or checked.

1. water pump
2. belt
3.ac tensioner
4 exhaust manifold gaskets (they had blow by marks)
5.idler
6.tensioner

The sound isnt like a hard tap from lifter or rod knock its not loud but irritating. The truck drives fine no misses or power loss or check engine lights what else should I check?

Are you sure belt alignment is right? If your belt alignment is off it can cause a tapping sound.

Ya, it was belt alignment when I switched to 8 rib. Mine started when I swapped over, I had to have the powersteering hub shaved down a bit. Luckly for me I got my kit off of joe@leftcoast and he made it all good. He also altered his kit based on what I found. Certain trucks have a slightly different length powersteering shaft and flange, mine was one of them. The noise it made sounded just like a bearing noise, but it was the belt trying to ride up on the rib instead of following the groove. Try spraying water on your belt with a squirt bottle to make sure. I chased my tail for a bit over the damn belt. Not saying that is what yours is but its quick and easy.

Can you make a video with it doing it so we can hear it? What happens if you take the belt off and start it? Obviously dont leave it run long like this as you know.

No luck removed both belts and noise is still there. Did the big screw driver to the valve covers and sound is normal. You can hear it from wheel wells or from bottom of truck. listened to ls1 noise videos on you tube and they sound nothing like it, they def sound broken. No clue what it could be...

Oh hooked up vacuum gauge and it no signs of problems...
