Even the lightest wheel upgrade, coupled with tires load rated for these vehicles, produces significant increases in weight. Modest 20" wheel-tire packages often add 30 lbs. or more per corner than OE 16" combination. The result is measurably longer stopping distances and a huge reduction in vehicle safety. This integrated system has been track proven to deliver performance improvements of over 20%.

My understanding is that they don't have a kit out yet for the 05's. Is that true or did they recently release one?

 

you might want to call and ask.....I know some things changed on the 05....Rear Drums

 

I emailed them and they said that they do not have their alumasport line out for the 05's yet. He said check back at the end of November. He didn't say anything about any of their other products or anything about the rear drums. I agree drums work good but look like

 

My 05 SS still has disc on the back so I guess these would fit it. Damn, they look sexy.
