My buddy did this on my truck, he lowered it, took off the rear bumper, cab lights and side bed marker lights. As well as the Denali logo on the door and door handles. I don't care about shaving it but MAN I wish it sat like this!! It'd probably be near impossible with the all wheel drive system and the quadrasteer.

that would look nice. i dont really care about the shaved door handles either. I didnt realize you have quadrasteer... how does that work exactly? only in reverse or is it a button like 4-wheel drive.

I personally like the lights. My buddy had his door handles shaved and I would NEVER do it to my truck too big of a PITA. Lowering it would be good though. You cant use a shackle in the back? Then the front would just be regular like the escalades if it is awd right?

Yea, to lower it I would use the 2inch drop spindles from McGaughy, and the Silverado SS rear leaf shackles, or Belltech shackles. Would give it a decent drop, Ground Force has a 3.5/5inch drop for it, but that used torsion bar keys and all that. I'd like to lower it....
The rear wheels don't turn that much, but it makes a substantial difference. At speeds 40 and below they turn opposite directions and 40mph and higher the same direction...to make lane changes better. Its a neat setup...to bad it didn't go over to well. I think it costs to much...I believe it was a $4500-$5,000 option on normal Z71 trucks. Mine stickered for $44,500. Got it for $38k on the road.
