OK guys ... couple more days. I'm gettin antsy myself.

Couple of questions though, some of the guys on the board at the track want to have a bracket race or an index race. Who would be game? I'll get more detail in a few minutes and post up once I get it. I'll also have more detailed info on when the gates open and start racing.

Bracket racing, your pick a time as does your oponent. The timing system calculates and delays a start so that you should cross the line at the same time. Slower vehicle starts first. It's based off you gets the best reaction time and who runs the closest to their dial-in time without going faster. running faster than your time means you lose.
Bracket racing has more to do with driver reaction time and consistancy, than who has the faster vehicle.

What abou tindex racing? It looks like there's gonna be a big group in a 7.5 index race.

I'm game I guess ... as long as we get some good grudge matches in!

It's been a constant improvement thing for me all along and I'm looking for my best et. When it comes to grudge matches I like to pick on lightnings and mousetangs. Can't wait to see who all shows up down there.

ohoh, most definantly!

Grey, are you making the trip up?

I'm getting ready for this. I got called out for a job on Saturday morning, but I made it clear I have prior 'engagements' that 'can't be broken' for Saturday evening.

The weather here is great, low 50's sunny during the day, The gates open at 6 on saturday, with the 7.50 1/8th mile index race starting at 8:45. Time trials are always an open session, you can get however many runs you can squeeze in, Grudge matches are easy. I am thinking about doing a little testing tomorrow night, gotta make sure this hemi is running right for you guys.
