Default Anyone know if these actually work?

Hey i am tring to bump up my power some more and i am wondering if anyone knows if the Granatelli Mass Airflow sensor (http://www.granatellimotorsports.com/gmmaftruck.htm) works/adds power? I jsu need some advice as to if ytou have previously used it or not. Any other suggestions as to what to buy. I have $600 and the Power programmer is in the mail.

Do not waste your money on that. Save it and get a good tune. Alot better in the long run. That mass air makes things crazy lean and thus makes a bit more power. Its an unsafe lean. Your stock mass air is not even gonna become a restriction until you really start making some serious power.
