I can get a good deal on Centerline 20' wheels with these tires.

I would stay away from anything with nylon cord. Will bounce like a basketball when cold. Nylon cord is spelled e l c h e a p o.

I am looking for something with better traction. Those eagle GT II aren't good for traction.

I've heard of Cooper tires. They're pretty common here in Michigan. I haven't heard anything bad about them if that makes any difference.

I know, I sold mine. I was just curious because I beleive Cooper and GT2 are similiar in construction resulting in lower priced 20's.

I had Cooper Cobras on my old extreme and they blew the Stock GY Eagles away, in ware, handling, grip etc.

I currently use Cooper Wheather Master Snows on my Cars in the winter and they rock.

my 2.

Nylon or not i think anything would be better than the GT 2's

Cooper used to be a high line tire co long time ago, people who drove old big Cadies bought them all the time.

Actually I already have them on. I really like the way they ride. The ride is a little bouncier but it's no biggie. It was a great improvement on tracton over the stock 255/40/16's.

cooper is a common tire in MS. i have never heard of a complaint from them. btw, i had GTII's on my z28 and they sucked major. i guess they do better on the trucks.
