Default Anybody that has changed ign. swith 99-02

Ive been having probs with my truck, the truck starts but wont move, nothing in the intrument panel is working besides the volt and oil psi gauges. Some members here have help me conclude its the ign. switch but the dealer says theres an electrical part and the whole switch which has an the passlock connector on it . Im not sure which one to replace . Anyone ever had this problem before.

I had an issue with my old s-10, would die in traffic at random. turned out that the key cylinder was all gummed up and not making good contacts, cleaned it up and stuck it back in and never had the problem again.
