I want to buy the Shifter ZR3 Laser Jammer for my Passport 8500 and was wondering if anyone on here gets a hoook up on them or knows the cheapest place to buy one. So far ebay at 278 plus 16 shipping is the cheapest.

Passport is the best IMO. A buddy of mine has the Valentine and we put them both in the windshield of my truck headed out to west texas and every time my Passport 8500 would pick it up first, and the Valentine doesnt have the ability to use a Laser jammer, the only thing really good about the Valentine is that it tells you which direction the radar is. That doesnt really matter though since whenever it goes off I slow down anyway. After you have some seat time with the Passport you can tell where they are at anyway most of the time by the signal bar. If you do a bit of research on the net you will find the Passport wins 99.99% of the time. Not to mention the Valentine is over 100 bucks more and doesnt get free upgrades like Passport does. Its an easy decision IMO. My buddy sold his Valentine and got a Passport 8500 X50

 

i might be able to get deal for ya. I work off and on at best buy. I think teh passport escort 8500 blue was like 200 or so. i'll check though.

 

I already got the older Passport 8500 I just need the laser jammer.
