Default any options for an airdam below lower valence?

I had my lower valence off for a coat of black paint and noticed that it had tabs/holes to attach something to the bottom of it. was there a factory piece, or was this just for aftermarket suppliers?

There is a spoiler which clips onto the lower airdam. The spoiler goes another 2.5" lower and edges forward slightly to reduce airflow under the vehicle and assist in scavenging hot air from the engine compartment.

thanks. I haven't noticed it on any trucks before, but I wasn't looking for it untill recently either. If it is a low cost item, I will order one just so I can tear it up in a few months...

This is exactly how it looks on my '00 truck. Anything '03 and up will require some serious cutting and fitting to make it work. Buddy of mine put one on his 05 GMC and had to cut the ends off since the bend doesn't match the bumper.

Get the 03+ version and it will fit without issue. There are two year ranges so not needed.

05 or so + gmcs have a lip that goes straight down. 4wd version hangs lower.

Yea my 05 has the OEM one that came on it still. Not very big but like they said the Z71 one hangs a tad lower.
