Any good tuners in central texas?

and would it give me much gain to get a 4.3L 5 speed tuned?

Wheatley, I know you know your stuff, how much gain could a 4.3L get from a tune? would it be worth my time?

How much is a in-person tune, $300? Good running 5.3s can be found for not much more than that...
