Answer to the fuel crisis????
There was an article in the L.A. Times Highway section today about someone who came up with this.

It promises to run on just about any liquid, even water
when installed on any gasoline-powered, internal combustion motor in cars, boats, lawnmowers, etc. The exhaust will be pure oxygen
