Default Another pos window question

Well the windows in my truck roll up extremely slow sometimes like alot of other peoples and I was wondering what people have used to lube the window tracks down in the doors. I used some teflon spray stuff that seemed to work for a while but now its back to being slow. Would replacing the regulators fix this problem? I will be installing escalade handles on my truck next week and will have th edoor all apart so then would be the best time to do it. Any advice on how to keep my damn windows rolling up at a decent speed would be greatly appreciated. I have 5% window tint on the glass too so Im sure that has something to do with it.

Thanks, Cody

I don't have that problem, but for me nothing works better for longer lasting lubrication than some white lithium grease.

So the first time I roll my windows up the wondow is moving so fast that the damn glass shatters. I have had plenty of experience with electric rc cars. I just sold my E-Maxx(electric rc monster truck). I think IM going to just go ahead and order two new regulators and get some of that grease cant hurt to do both and maybe i wont have to mess with this **** again.

I've always used silicone spray on my window runs...works well and it's clear. I like the sounds of that Dry Slide stuff though, probably pick some up next time I'm at the dealer. My left side reg is on the way out also, makes a grind noise when it goes all of the way down, and is a tad slower than the r/s going up
