I would too like to know which o-ring to use in this situation. Gonna be putting in a Melling high volume pump soon.

On the pickup tube use the o ring that has the tightest fit. For the love of gawd don't try and use both.

I don't believe there is room for 2 o-rings. See which one fits the tightest when you slide the pick up tube in and run that.

Green coolant means some one changed it. The coolant is supposed to be changed or serviced at regular intervals. No one ever uses the additive for service they just change it. Green is usually cheaper.

There should be a sheet in the box with the melling pump that tells you what o-ring to use with your application.

Also can I put some rtv on the oil pan gasket and timing cover to ensure proper seal?

Only use RTV on the corners where the oil pan and front cover meet.

I've found that reusing the oil pan gasket depends on luck, sometimes I got away with it and other times it poured oil out where the oil filter is mounted.

Does the oil pan bolt to the bell housing? Also do I need to remove starter?

Is there something preventing you from looking under the truck?
