Like I said, your alt won't start to charge until right around 1000 RPM now. Some underdrive kits come with a new smaller alt pulley, your best bet would probably be to put a smaller pulley on the factory alt.

Not sure, try contacting some of the popular brands. I've never done any research on u/d pulleys.
