Default Air dam?!?

lately iv ebeen noticing that under the front bumper of the GMT800 Suburbans/tahoes there is what seems to be an airdam or airdeflector (like what my transam has to route air up to the radiator)

does anyone have a part number for that or know what its actually called ont he vehicle? i kinda like the way it looks and want to add it to my 04 tahoe
