Default Ahhhhhhh I need to get this off my chest

Ok, I ordered quite a bit off stuff we will start with the headers and y pipe that I got from one of our vendors, I wont say who but anyway, I was supposed to get them on a wed. and got nothing, called vendor and he says they have been returned, then he says no they will be there tomorrow so I went ahead and took off manifolds and stock y pipe. Thur. rolls around and I get two boxes that are identical looking, open one and the headers are here, open the other and find a piece of paper that says headers for a supra. Call and tell them that it is screwed up and they say it is right and Im like no, no it is not. They say ummm ok we will call you back, no call for two days so I call them and they are like umm we don't know when the y pipe is going to get to you. WTF kind of customer service is this? Then I order a set of front coils and a K&N intake from STILLEN and he says evrything is in stock and is being shipped today you should get it in 5 days. That was last Thur. call today to check on status and they say both items are on back order and they have no idea when I'll get any of my parts.....lucky I shave my head or that hair would be long gone. Third vendor don't even answer phone so I have no idea bout third order.......

good luck with stillen. i had to get them to put money back on my credit card after waiting like 64 days. they kept telling me it should just be a few more days. sent me a thing in the mail saying sorry for the inconvenience but i was already tired of waiting. gave me my money back right away though.

Since it was purchased with a credit card, just put a stop payment on your card for that purchase. I've done this a couple of times with vendors that have dicked me around with returns, credits, etc.

It's no cost to you and really gets the ball rolling on the vendors side since they just lost money.
