Finally I have collected my WRX parts for a nice bump in power...

Well I have the correct TXS unichip for my auto sitting at the house patiently awaiting install.

My downpipe is at Jet Hot, I still have to wait for it. It is being mailed out on the 24th by FedUp..er..FedEx

High flow intercooler hoses are floating about in the mail also. I wish they would hurry up.

So within about 10 days I'll be up 60-70whp not bad for ~$600.

...look out ricers!

Most do. I have earthlink and I get 10MB with the service.
All you gotta do is download an FTP client like CuteFTP, BulletProof or WSFTP, etc. and upload your stuff

Where is the up-pipe in here? As a former WRX owner, it is a must with added boost and engine management, plus quicker spool up time. If you dont have one, I have a vishnu up-pipe I will sell you and I also have a vishnu pulley w/ belts, both good for around 8-10 whp. Ok, now that I hijacked your thread, your car will be seriously faster w/ the Unichip and DP, mine ran a 13.4 with just engine management and uppipe. Have Fun!

 

I got those hoses in and seemed to help a bunch will off idle spool and a bit stronger pull from 3000-5000. Worth the cash for sure.

Uppipe...yeah I am going to do a header at the same time as the uppipe...gotta save me some time doing this laborwise. I am either going to go with the GT-Spec header+uppipe combo or a Perrin uppipe and Gruppe-S header. Both combos are priced about the same. So I am unsure which to go with at this point. I do know either matchup will be sent to JetHot prior to install...heat = energy in this turbo game.

Hopefully with these mods I'll be able to hang with an LT1 F-body from a roll.
