hey guys for some reason my heat isnt coming out of the floor on the passenger side. Its only 18*F here so the sooner the better, anyone have the same issues?

 

99 as far as I know is single zone manual only so that being said if its got heat coming out on the drivers side then it about has to be coming out the passengers side too. Its just a one piece door that moves to get panel and floor vents, I believe there is a seperate door for defrost (uses the same actuator though) so really all it could be is something blocking the duct to the passengers side.
