Default 99 Gauges flicker over bumps

My 99 NBS Silverado started this about a week ago, the whole gauge cluster will flicker, needles and all. It happens when I hit any bumps. I pulled the cluster out and checked the plug out but didn't find anything. Is there a ground somewhere that might be loose? I pulled the driver side kick panel off but didn't find anything.

Most Likely the little stepper motors for the gauges are going bad.

Most likely time to have the cluster rebuilt.

Arent all the steppers individual? He's making it sound like they all go dead at once. If the whole cluster goes dead over bumps then check out the youtube vids on how to diagnose/fix it at home.

There's a ground point for the dash harness under the top dash pad near the lower driver's side corner of the windshield.

Yes check grounds first mine fluttered and had to reflow the solder joints and that fixed it.

Ah, found it! I checked the ground junction at the bottom of the A-pillar but it was tight. You can do it if you pull the headlight switch out and use a long 10mm wrench. I did find that wire A8 in the harness which is a ground was sketchy, I ended up tapping in another wire a few inches off the cluster plug and running it to a solid ground and it solved my issues. Heres a picture of a 99 cluster plug if anyone needs it.
