Default The 6.0 lives!

Getting the y-pipe modified to fit with the LTs tomorrow, and I'm getting a misfire (flashing SES light) when the idle settles. I'll see what Justin has to say about that.

It lives, though. This was the first attempt at starting it, and it fired right up.

Sounds good buddy. Looks like it was a family affair.

Yeah, I'm not afraid to hug my Mom on camera.

Congrats!

On you SES light, do you have a stall?

Also just check all plugs and spark plug wires and also make sure your O2's are hooked up and not fouled out. I was running into that same problem come to find out that it was my converter.

That's the best feeling in the world isn't it? A job finished and it starts up and runs!

It's not a solid SES light, it's blinking for a misfire, and it doesn't always miss, only after the idle drops back down after the initial startup.

Also, I sent the PCM to Justin, and he attempted to get everything as close as he could, so it should be tuned for everything.

The first thing I checked was all of the plug wires, and they're good, and the O2s are brand new (the rears are tuned out, since one went bad, and even though I'm running cats, I don't really need them).

Yes. Absolutely. I think I've had a stupid little grin on my face ever since it started up. I really didn't think it was going to fire right up like that.

I had the flashing light also, but only when it was under a load. Can you read the code?

That is odd on what is going on. Have you sent a email to Justin to tell him what is going on? Do you have a AFR gauge? Does it smell like gas in the exhaust? Can you read the code?

Also time to update your sig.
