Well, dealer tells me today I need to leave it till probibly this weekend. I told them no problem if they have something for me to drive. Well aparently, I am supposed to pay the $40 a day for a rental while they fix my Yukon under warranty. **** THAT!!! I told them its a recurring problem and with my work and travel I HAVE to have something to drive. They said GM doesnt cover loaner or rental vehicles, thats up to me. So thinking this dealer is just ******* with me (Guzman GMC in Houston) I called the dealer I bought it at in Maine and they said the same thing. I also called the GMC dealer in Round Rock I had been to and they said the same thing.
I want this ******* piece of **** LEMON LAWED now, I want my ******* money back, and I want something OTHER than GM to drive. This **** is worse than your wife cheating on you, I love GM, but WILL not own one with the way they do there customer service.
Gonzo, I do have the wrong gears. They are 3.73 and should be 3.42. All GM offered there was to swap them out for the right ones. So if that takes them 2 weeks to do and I rent my own replacement in the mean time it would be cheaper to pay 4wheel parts to do it in a day.
**** I'M PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

at the dealership i worked at the handed out rentals to everyone who had to leave their rig over nite (the minimum not the max) who had a legitimate reason as to why they needed it. all the had to do was say i need it for work or only veh. etc no checking into it or anything. it really suprises me that your local dealership wouldnt b/c Wehr Motors is the worst dealership around here as far as ******* people over.

You need to go to the dealership and ask to speak to the GM district manager. He is the one with all of the athority to fix this sort of thing. He is the one who will make the call to extend your warranty and such.

i live in california so i dont know if this applies anywhere else.
lemon law attorneys are free. i have first hand experience suing mazda of north america with an attorney got my money back and out of the loan for 0 dollars out of my pocket. lemon law states that if your vehicle is in the shop for an accumulative of 30 days or more (can be seperate visits totalled together) then you have a case for lemon law. if it is a driveability issue trans, engine etc (you can file lemon law the first visit). anyway i used to be a tech for jaguar, a lot of our cars would leak at the schrader valve fittings that you hook up to the machine. if the fitting itself is leaking youll never know when its hooked up to the machine because the machine seals off the port. when you pull a vaccuum it will hold fine, fill it, its fine everything works . when you unhook the machine it starts leaking again. just a though. hope it works out this time.
