to the 4.8 guys

What head and cam setup are you guys running on your 4.8. See a few guy putting the z06 cam in the 4.8 but what about the heads do you leave them stock or change them

Comp 212/218 high lift. Trailblazer stall, I changed my valve springs, and push rods along with the swap. You don't have to change heads
