2008 head gasket set
ok not new to the site but first post.I have a friend that got the shaft by the dealer .Long story short he needs lifters and cam for his 5.3 gmc 2008. cant find anywhere else to find these parts stock except the dealer.Also I cant find a complete head gasket set for this motor .Houston area any help please.....

I would Highly Recommend using OE parts. Yes they are available at the dealer but also from places like Scoggin Dickey, gmpartsdirect.com. Don't use a aftermarket head gasket. Lifters are also available at any dealer. Just look in the GM Performance Parts catalog.
