On a side note, was the harness that connects the TAC to the pedal already installed on your truck? I found the TAC module side under the hood, but I can’t find the pedal side under the dash to save my life. I’m about to just run a new harness, but it would be nice if I knew where the existing one was...
So the no start was figured out. It was a brand new FAULTY Crank Position Sensor. Bought a new one from Autozone, installed it and it lit. It starts now but runs like absolute crap. It has been discovered WHY it sounds like crap. It is only firing on the left bank. Now the WHAT is making it fire on only one side is a mystery that I will start trying to figure out tomorrow. WTF!

There is a plugged connector there, but NOTHING inside the truck. There is a dimple below it and that is where you will hole saw (1-5/8" if I remember correctly) and run your purchased harness with grommet through to connect to E-pedal. FYI also you will have to remove the silly cable pedal and then cut off the left ear to bolt in your E-pedal. I used large sheet metal bolts with lock washers and red thread locker. I can snap a pic for you tomorrow.

Check the harness behind bank 2 making sure you have both ground wires attached to the (vertical) ground bolt that grounds to the block (top circle in photo) also check the remaining ground locations.
Oh. I thought you got it started, just running poorly.

Yeah I already have swapped the cable pedal for the DBW mounting bracket. That was a treat. I have a TAC harness. I just can’t believe one half of the harness is there but not the other.
I believe I only had 1 ground at upper right hand pic vertical bolt #1, and then yes to #5 and #7 in the middle, and then only 1 at bottom from harness which is #4. FML!
My donor harness is from a single cab 2003 2500HD box truck.

Can you tell me what #1 & #8 in the top pic come from? I have 1 there coming from PCM harness. And in the bottom pic where is #5 coming from? I have #4 from the harness grounded there but that's the only 1 there.
Number (top pic) 1 comes off the engine harness. Number 8 (top pic) is the ground for a right fender battery mount which you don't have (sorry about that). Number 5 (bottom pic) is the large main ground from the battery. Number 7 (top pic) is the flat braided wire to the firewall connected with Number 5 (top pic).
Looks like you have everything correct ground wise. With bank 2 being dead also make sure the Injector fuses (injA & injB) are good in the fuse block under the hood. If they are good check for power in the bank 2 coil harness and look for burnt connections in the coils weather pack plug.
