Default 2004 Suburban Stall Size?

I have 04 z71 Suburban. I am putting together a budget build and had a question about which converter I should run. Here is what the build consists of.

TBSS intake manifold
90mm TB
K&N cold air intake
Texas Speed long tubes and y pipe
Not sure on exhaust yet
GM LS1 hot cam and ls6 springs (I know there are better cams, but not for what i paid for it)
Electric fans
Underdrive pulley

I am looking at the 278mm Circle D High Performance stall converters. I wasn't sure which stall would work best. I do tow my boat on occasion, 20ft jet boat. I called Circle D and they said either converter would tow fine. Which stall speed does everyone think would work best with my build. This is a very low budget build. Any input would really be helpful. I am also on a tight schedule.

Thanks
Ryan

High stall. Gets you moving until the TCC locks up. Make sure you have a tru-cool 40K plumbed too.
