If it's leaking down the back, I doubt it's a head gasket. The steam blocks on the back of each head have seals that go bad and let coolant leak. If you look on the front of the heads there's two steam blocks with a pipe connecting them under the throttle body. The rears are the exact same size minus the pipe connecting.

FYI, those metal/rubber seals they use are roughly $11 each. RTV or substitutes won't work.
