Default 2004 Battery Wiring Help

I am doing the dual battery setup, and I have a question about the wiring schematic. It uses the 4wd fuse for the relay, and need to know if that is hot in just run, or is it hot in run and start. According to haynes its hot in both, but another diagram that someone posted on a dual battery setup says only hot in run. Which one is it?

I know that the factory runs a cable from the starter solenoid to the relay. I want the cable to run from the aux relay to the primary battery. Will the stock wire from the primary battery to the starter solenoid handle that much current?

If someone could look at their wiring diagram and let me know, it would be great.
