i have a 2000 chevy rcsb truck im wanting to put a hd grill and bumber on i noticed that the bumbers part numbers are the same and that the only differnce is the upper bumper cap so can i change the grill and cap ? need to no what all i have to do

 

The brackets on the frame need to be cut off and re-weld lower down. The HD bumper sits lower to accommodate the larger grille.

 

^^ this. You will need the HD hood, Hd grille, and HD BUMPER cap. Have to cut and lower your frame horns 1.25-1.5" to accomodate the bigger upper valance and have the front flow like it is supposed to.
