does anyone now if the 06 and earler lowering shackles will fit an 07 nnbs truck?

Cut about an inch off the bump stops and it'll do even better, it'll keep ya from bottoming out the suspension on large bumps. Plus it'll give you more suspension when hauling stuff in the bed. Just 500 lbs. put mine on the bump stops before.

LOL at the people in this thread who think the 2" drop shackles made their handling better. Sure 2" will make SOME difference, but it's not near enough to notice.

To anybody that has ever installed shackles, you should know that by the way the suspension works longer shackles won't affect handling.

thought they were just talking about a lil bit less body roll due to the lower center od gravity, it not like I can go F1 racing or anything.

the 06 shackles or "classic" style are the exact same style used on the NNBS. i have them on my NNBS 07

VTODD what brand did you use? My freind called summit and they said that the beltech ones wont fit becasue the rear suspension is diff.? He has an 07 NNBS GMC sierra Vortech max
