I ran a 15.5 with an k&n cai, dual exhaust and a mail order tune. Dropped to a 14.9 when I added the 4.56 gears and the vett servo. Then a 13.2 with heads cam better exhaust built 60e and a 3600 stall converter. and an in person tune. Then a 12.02@111 with the supercharger, ory and single 4" exhaust and 4l80e
My truck is an extended cab awd. About 5400 lbs with me in it

My ext cab 04 4.8 went 14.6. STock trans, 3.42s,open diff, K&N, longtubes, no cats, cutout, Wheatley tune. Took out back seat, tailgate, sparetire, this was on 26" street tires. Full street weight on some heavy *** 20s it went 15.1.I went 14.7 on 29" street tires on stock aluminum wheels. I put in some 3.73s and that really helped the truck, then went to 4.56s and that really helped, but no track times after the gear swap. I always said my 4.8 was a freak, it really responded to the little mods I did.
