Cool 140 MPH Guages???

I know that the Tahoe, pursuit edition that the police and highway patrol have a 140 mph speedo. I was wandering if anyone knew where to get these or maybe even some part numbers to order directly from GM???

listed under Repair and Conversions as an option:
$30 additional to add a transmission temperature gauge.
