Default 07 single cabs?

for some reason it seems to be that the new body style 07's are alot faster then the 99-07 classic body styles? can somebody shed some light on me and educate me cause im looking to get an 07 within the next few months and do full bolt ons and h/c.

You wont need to do heads unless you want to get them ported. the main difference for the new body style is they come with 243's. they are also heavier, but the added horsepower makes up for it
