Default 07 lq4 and a bolt that fell in the intake

Hey guys at my second job at 1-800-got-junk all our 07 trucks have lq4s in these Isuzu npr HD box trucks any who somebody decided to tackle the knock sensors and when I got there they fired it up and destroyed a piston!I had to do the motor swap and got to keep the old engineit was ran for about 2 seconds I pulled the heads and the hurt piston didn't hurt the piston wall went ahead and pulled the connecting rod out.bearing didn't look bad at all and most of the pieces were big and got them all out.Now what would be the best way to ensure all the metals out of the bottom end I wanna replace the piston and rod and throw this 6.0 on my daily driver to replace a 280k 4.8.the oil wasn't even shimed up and no pieces of metal under that metal plate in the oil pan but there was a piece of that piston I'm the windage tray.any who if anybody has any suggestions let me know thanks

Lots of brake cleaner to try and flush anything off the inside to make it all clean.

If nothing got send through the pick up tube, I don't see a reason to send it through a parts washer at a machine shop.

o yea I ordered one piston and rod used off a 05 lq4 but it doesn't have the exhaust valve relief piston on it but I don't think that much material no removed would cause an issue
