I know how i feel, but i'd like to see you guys perspective.

 

I think the RCSB 5.3 would have more potential in stock form ... I think it would be faster bone stock too.

umm i like extended cabs so the SS

 

I would go with a regular cab. Bone stock the 5.3 should be faster. IMO The SS is just too much weight to move, especially if you don't need the space. A 5.3 can run a high 12 n/a which is pretty darn good, might I add.

I think I could take a stock SS, Even off the line cause I get no wheel spin or chirp noise anymore cause I'm into the better rubber on my tires. It launches good

 

Go for 5.3 RC its faster bone stock. Mine ran 14.97 with 500 miles on it!!!

 

Stock SS vs Stock 04 RCSB 5.3....

I was running a SS with CAI and Exhaust. I was bone stock. It was back and forth. Basically it was who had the best RT would have a nose on the other.

Now with the corsa added, I think it was no contest. I pulled about a truck length on the first run. He edged me by a nose on th 2nd(finally broke loose, it was a sweet burn out, lost but it was cool). I cant wait till I get a tune and trans go.

Save the money from the SS and put it in an 05 RCSB and dominate the streets.

 

yea stock to stock there pretty similair.

 

egular cab no doubt about it. I like the SS but to much $$ and their is alot of weight. I love my truck.
