03 tahoe headlight problem

Default 03 tahoe headlight problem

Headlight assemblys were replaced with new factory units with new bulbs and one is brighter the other is very dim
Bulbs werent touched and no broken wires...
Any guesses?

Easy thing to try and is to just swap the bulbs side to side.

Bad new bulbs can happen.

Weve tried that a couple times... Bought another set new bulbs too... Im gonna put a multimeter on it today

Sounds like a grounding issue.

The grounds for the head lamp harness terminate under the radiator support to the frame.

pull them off and clean the area where they bolt up. Also make sure the connectors are not corroded.
