03/04 trucks ever come with a painted front bumper? (powder coaters in here)

I have a home powdercoating system from Eastwood and I did my own over 2 yrs ago and they are holding up fine. I couldn't see paying what GM wanted for painted bumpers so I decide to see what I could do with the chrome ones. Maybe I went about it in a "shadetree" way but hey-it worked !
Here is a quick rundown on what I did: I scruffed the chrome with some sandpaper best I could, basically just put some scratches in it. Then I sprayed the powder on the surfaces I wanted to be white. Since my oven isn't big enough to hold a bumper, I used a regular 'ol propane torch and heated the back side. I would watch the coating and as it would start glossing and flowing I would move on down a little, then come back to where I had been to keep heat in it, back and forth back and forth. Took about 2 hrs for each one. After the coating was baked on then I sanded it and took them to the paint shop to be sprayed since I was doing the hood at the same time.
I have had one rock chip all the way down to the chrome on the front, but all the other chips are only thru the paint-the powder coating is stuck like chuck. I touched it up like a normal chip and it has been fine ever since.
