Default 02 Silverado - Wheel and Tire size fitment??

I didn't see a good place to post this so I'm asking it here. I have a short wheel base 4 wheel drive 2002 Silverado and I'm wanting to run some 33" tires. I ordered a leveling kit which is supposed to give me a 2 - 3" lift which should clear 33's..... I'd like to run 17" or 18" wheels with a Nitto Mud Grappler tire. Does anyone know what size wheel and tire I can run without rubbing? I'm not familiar with truck tires at all in these larger sizes. Thanks!

I'm currently running 285/65 R16's on the stock ride height btw...

The biggest u could go is 295/70/17 or equal size to that you can go 305/70/17 but you will have slight rub if you keep stock wheels u can run 35 inch tires if u have question just ask

Thanks for the help! Ok I do have one question though, if I run 16" wheels with a 305" tire would I need a ten inch wide rim or would a 9" be OK? I'm wanting to run the Dick Depek DC2's but it only shows a 16 x 9... Just want to make sure I'm making a safe, good decision on what I buy and not be a retard and install something that won't fit correctly. Thanks for the help again

Correction, they only come in a 16x8 or 16x10.... I'll need the ten inch wide ones correct?
